Alyssa Jade

Our beautiful niece Alyssa graduated from 5th grade this week. She has grown up to be such a kind and beautiful young lady. I'm looking forward to watching her discover herself and hopefully be able to be one of many role models for her. I can only hope that I'm not only a "cool Aunt" but a woman that inspires her to reach her goals while maintaining her integrity, even when it seems impossible.

Oh! And we celebrated her birthday a couple of weeks ago at Palio's Pizza. When I told her that she only has 4 years until she can drive she replied with "that's scary!" Haha!! When the next 4 years slowly go by and Heather is having to cart her everywhere I'm sure she will be a little bit more excited!
